MTNS had already built and optimized the Microsoft Azure environment for an AI-based technology company, when a deal was signed to acquire the algorithm and development stream. With the clock ticking toward closing date, MTNS was called in to backup data and migrate accounts to prepare for a clean transfer to the new owner, while retaining historical data for the seller’s legal and tax compliance.

On closing, MTNS facilitated the transfer of the Azure infrastructure and certificate updates to reflect the new ownership.
