MTNS was contracted as Technical Project Manager for network switch replacement at 75 tower locations for a Big Five bank, coordinating circuit delivery, hardware Bill of Material, Method of Procedure, change tickets and cutover testing.

Scope also included a Service Management system for tracking active branch and campus port inventory, as source data for generating the monthly invoice.
